Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your mailboxes and email newsletters. With this easy-to-use interface, you can create a brand new e-mailbox in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can forward electronic mail messages from one email account to another, configure mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and protect your e-mailboxes against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mailbox accounts against spam email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited electronic mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific e-mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming mail messages according to specific criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your email accounts and modify the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mail messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Simply specify the mailbox you want to redirect electronic mails from, then choose the destination mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your email box accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you would like to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will handle the rest.
